Stop, take a deep breath, relax.
Three things I often forget. If sometimes wrong, breathe. If you're having doubts, stop. If you're stressing already, relax. ☺
Life could be really demanding. And 24 hours a day isn't enough. Nevertheless, I need to disconnect myself from it all from time to time and just relax.
